The Lounge at The Stables of Rolling Ridge is a newly renovated, private 1 bed 1 bath `apartment nestled on a 77-acre farm in a tranquil, small-town setting. Designed to provide a peaceful retreat from the busy DMV area, the space offers beautiful sunsets, lush gardens, and a charming wooden pergola, along with friendly farm animals to enjoy. The modern farmhouse-style apartment is bright and fully equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay.
The space
During your stay guests are allowed access to the apartment only. Reserving this Airbnb does not reserve the use of the property or the right to host weddings and events.

We do however, encourage you to take a walk & enjoy the scenery of the farm!
Guest access
Guests are welcome to park on the cobblestone spaces along the fence line. Two vehicles are allowed per visit.
This unique barn apartment allows guests to sleep among horses, offering a cozy and convenient base in central Montgomery County. Perfectly situated for easy access to Washington, D.C., Baltimore, and Frederick, visitors can explore local dining and entertainment options. The Lounge is available for limited rentals and is also used as a bride's room for select weddings each year.
